Misevici is located in the western part of Sarajevo (broader region), 8 kilometers far from Ilidza and 18 kilometers far from the very center of Sarajevo. (20 min’s)

The house has an altitude of around 700 meters and is accessible from the road that connects two of the main roads in and around Sarajevo, M17 and M5. Access to the house is indicated on Google Maps.

House is designed to accommodate 15 persons.
We envisioned this house to be a small hotel with spa center in which our guests will feel relaxed and comfortable. House is secured with an alarm and has a video surveillance (9 surveillance cameras). Surveillance is connected and integrated with Glock security agency, a proven agency in its field.

House is surrounded with a beautiful and spacious garden that has around 1000 square meters, enclosed with an iron-concrete fence. House, 240+40 square meters total, is divided into two levels. Lower level (basement) is 100 square meters big and the ground floor is 140+40 square meters.

On the ground level there are 4 bedrooms, 2 toilettes, kitchen and spacious living room. It has balcony and a terrace of around 50 square meters. House is equipped with fast internet connection (Wi-Fi) and it has cable TV. All windows have electrical protection blinds and the living room has 4 blinds that can be moved up and down via remote control. Every room has an AC.

Garden lightning is automatic and so is the grass watering. Feed from surveillance 9 cameras can be followed on the TV. Wi-Fi enables You to have control over the house even when You are not there. Parking is made for 2 automobiles and the gate can be controlled via remote. In front of the gate there is space for 4 more cars.

Down in the basement is the apartment which includes living room, kitchen and bedroom with bathroom.
Toilet and showering place is available for guests.
